This game if multiplayer oriented, which sounds funny coming from mmo, but for a long time there is very few mmos out there which forces you to be part of a guild in order to make any progress in this game. ![]() Game is a grind, not of xp but materials for crafting and crafting is great. Combat is decent, not as nearly as good like GW or Terra but atleat there is some movement involved or you die really quicly (i assume op played only tutorial area) and not just stand there and wait for cooldowns.ĥ. One good example is questing at ruins filled with undead, you kill few minor bosses and get several key fragments from them, you can then forge them into a key and open a secret area, none of this is in your quest log but you need to actually pay attention to world around you.Ĥ. Also maps are filled with secret quests, some you find exploring the map, others by killing certain monster. Since numbers are low at start like kill 10 mobs you need to kill 5 more to get bonus so its not time consuming and feel rewarding. Questing is simple, any while they consist of mostly kill x of enemy or gather x items the numbers are low so you end quest quickly and there is a twist, if you for example kill few extra enemies you can overachieve and get bonus reward. Map can be minimized by dragging the corners, for some this seems as difficult as nuclear physics. The face options are premades but you have shit load of sliders to modify any part of the face.Ģ. It is important to stand together inside the orange pool so that you will not get mana drained by the boss.I played the beta and need to set few things straight.ġ. This will trigger a 'drill' attack where the boss transforms into a huge drill and moves towards the player who aggroed, especially if the player is not in melee range.Īt some point during the fight, an orange pool will appear under 2 selected players' feet. Try not to grab aggro away from the tank. If there are no rifts, the staff-bearer stays with the stacked group. After it is removed, anyone can damage them. The adds summoned after each orb phase have a shield around them that can only be removed by melee. When the rifts start to open, the staff-bearer will need to go around and close them to prevent Guardian Books from appearing. He will repeat this phase at 70-85%, 40%, 30%, 20%, 10% but it may skip if DPS is high enough. Be sure to stay behind the boss to avoid his cannons. Stacking is important to prevent the boss from getting a buff that stacks fury and in turns increase damage.Īt about 85-90%, the boss will turn into an orb and begin rotating anti-clockwise, while shooting cannons. You will need to have all players, except for the tank to stack together near the boss's right foot. Only Denistrious's Staff has the power to close those rifts. During the fight, the Heart of Ayanad Guardian will open rifts, which will constantly summon fresh defenders until they are closed. The purpose of this staff is to close rifts. Onve the staff is charged, it must be picked up soon or it will disappear. The player holding the staff will need to drop it every few minutes to allow for it to recharge. The player with the Unique Ayanad Earring will need to pick up Denistrious's Staff from Slevin before entering the boss room. Only one person in the raid needs to have it.
